Renovation works on the social housing project in New Texas are progressing steadily, with 20 out of 27 homes already completed. The remaining seven houses are expected to be finished by the end of the year.
One of the unique challenges in the realization process was to create a solid, proactive communication method. On the one hand, coordinating between contractors and workers in an inhabited environment required careful planning and collaboration. Ensuring smooth interactions and maintaining proper work etiquette within occupied homes helped keep the project on track.
On the other hand, clear communication with the residents was equally important to manage expectations. Providing clear, timely updates and addressing concerns, is key to maintain a positive relationship with the community throughout the process.
Despite these hurdles, the renovation is nearing completion, which will soon provide improved living conditions for the residents of New Texas.
