In order to gain a better understanding of the context of the Rochapea neighbourhood and to be able to share with the citizens and local stakeholders what is being carried out in the neighbourhood, the following tools have been made available:
1. 3D VIEWER OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, which compiles information concerning projects in progress or planned concerning the energy transition towards self-sufficient and sustainable neighbourhoods. Here you can find information on:
- The energy rehabilitation interventions planned in the neighbourhood.
- The innovative techniques used and/or studied to be implemented in certain buildings.
- The photovoltaic installations planned, knowing their capacity to produce energy and how they work.
- Environmental activities or projects being developed in the neighbourhood.
It should be noted that this is an open tool that, through the ongoing process of data sharing, aims to add all existing or planned initiatives that different stakeholders may be developing or intend to promote. So, if you have any project underway or have carried out any activity related to the subject, do not hesitate to share it with us and we will include it in the viewer. 2. INTERACTIVE MAPS to collect and exchange information on:
- Energy consumption and comfort level of dwellings and workplaces in the neighbourhood.
- The habits (daily routes) and mobility needs (bus stops and different types of parking for electric cars, bicycles, motorbikes, etc.) of the citizens living in Rochapea or users of the neighbourhood.
- Incidents in real-time (road closures, water cuts, etc.) during the development of the refurbishment of buildings in the neighbourhood and the displeasure that these incidents cause for the people who live there (the level of discomfort can be assessed and the incident can be commented on to reduce and limit the impact).
This tool enables the collective construction of a picture of the neighbourhood that reflects the experiences and perceptions of the people who live there. Each person, in addition to directly interacting with the app (with their mobile phone, computer or tablet), can visualise the contributions of others and see, at all times, what the existing problems or demands are. In this way, they can get an overview of the situation in the neighbourhood. The application is completely anonymous, and no personal data is shared.
The results obtained will be used to identify new opportunities for further actions in the neighbourhood. Therefore, after a period of use, the results obtained will be analysed, and a collective process will be launched to create new proposals that can answer, from the proximity, the issues detected. These solutions will be the object of implementation and experimentation in the neighbourhood itself in order to assess their effectiveness and proceed to implement them.
These tools serve as an initial step to getting to know and understand the real context of the neighbourhood. To be able to jointly propose new projects for implementation in the neighbourhood to transform Rochapea collectively, enabling all forces to be aligned towards the achievement of common goals. Therefore, we invite you to JOIN THE CHALLENGE AND USE THE TOOLS as much as possible so that we can move forward together and propose processes and projects that benefit the neighbourhood.
Con el fin de conocer mejor el contexto del barrio de Rochapea y poder compartir con la ciudadanía y los agentes locales lo que está llevándose a cabo en el mismo, se ha puesto a disposición las siguientes herramientas:
1. VISOR 3D DEL BARRIO que recopila información sobre los proyectos ya en marcha o previstos en materia de la transición energética hacia barrios autosuficientes y sostenibles. Aquí se puede encontrar información relativa a:
- Las intervenciones de rehabilitación energética previstas en el barrio.
- Las técnicas innovadoras empleadas y/o estudiadas para implementar en algunos edificios
- Las instalaciones de fotovoltaica previstas, conociendo su capacidad de producir energía y su funcionamiento.
- Actividades o proyectos medioambientales que se desarrollan en el barrio
Cabe destacar que se trata de una herramienta abierta que, a través del proceso de intercambio de información en curso, pretende ir añadiendo todas las iniciativas existentes o previstas que, diferentes agentes, puedan estar desarrollando o pretenden impulsar. Por lo que, si tenéis algún proyecto en marcha o habéis realizado alguna actividad relacionada con la temática, no dudéis en compartirla con nosotros y la añadiremos en el visor. 2. MAPAS INTERACTIVOS para recopilar e intercambiar información sobre:
- Gasto energético y nivel de confort de las viviendas y lugares de trabajo del barrio
- Los hábitos (rutas diarias) y necesidades de movilidad (paradas de bus y diferentes tipos de parquin para coches eléctricos, bicis, motos, etc) de la población residente en Rochapea o usuaria del barrio.
- Las incidencias en tiempo real (cortes de carreteras, cortes de agua, etc.) durante el desarrollo de las obras de rehabilitación de edificios del barrio y el desagrado que dichas incidencias suponen para las personas que lo viven (se puede valorar el nivel de molestia y comentar la incidencia para poder ir disminuyendo y limitando el impacto).
Esta herramienta, posibilita la construcción colectiva de una fotografía del barrio que recoja las vivencias y percepciones de las personas que lo habitan o lo viven. Cada persona, además de interactuar personalmente con la aplicación (con el móvil o con el ordenador o tablet), puede visualizar las aportaciones de las demás y ver, en todo momento, cuales son las problemáticas o demandas existentes. Pudiendo así darse cuenta de la situación del barrio. La aplicación es completamente anónima y ningún dato personal es compartido.
Los resultados obtenidos servirán para identificar nuevas oportunidades de intervención en el barrio. Por ello, tras un período de uso de la misma, se analizarán los resultados obtenidos y se pondrá en marcha un proceso colectivo de creación de nuevas propuestas que puedan responder, desde la proximidad, a las cuestiones detectadas. Soluciones que serán objeto de implementación y experimentación en el propio barrio, para valorar entre todo agente su eficacia y proceder a implementarlas.
Estas herramientas sirven como paso inicial para conocer y darnos cuenta del contexto real del barrio. Con el fin de poder proponer conjuntamente nuevos proyectos de implementación en el barrio para transformar Rochapea de forma colectiva, posibilitando que todas las fuerzas estén alineadas hacia el logro de objetivos comunes. Por esto, os invitamos a SUMAROS AL RETO Y UTILIZAR LAS HERRAMIENTAS lo máximo posible, así podremos avanzar de forma conjunta y plantear procesos y proyectos que beneficien al barrio.
