oPEN Lab featured in the C4E Forum 2025 Post-Conference Booklet

Dec 8, 2025

The newly published C4E Forum 2025 Post-Conference Booklet highlights this year’s key discussions on energy efficiency, building renovation and policy implementation across Central and Eastern Europe and includes oPEN Lab’s joint contribution with PEDvolution.

The C4E Forum is one of the region’s most important community events, bringing together policymakers, researchers, industry representatives and local authorities for three days of exchange. Known for its open, informal atmosphere, the Forum offers a space to explore practical solutions for implementing the EPBD, scaling renovation, and creating healthier, more energy-efficient neighbourhoods.

oPEN Lab and PEDvolution were present with a joint poster on “Multi-Level Innovation in Positive Energy Neighbourhoods and Districts” during the Forum’s poster session. The poster introduced the projects’ shared approach to co-creation, citizen engagement and district-level renovation strategies, sparking discussions with participants from across Europe.

The newly released booklet now provides a concise recap of the entire event, including summaries of all sessions, key insights, and an overview of the poster contributions. It offers an accessible way to revisit the highlights and see how oPEN Lab and PEDvolution contributed to the wider conversations on Europe’s energy transition.
