The Pamplona 2030 Urban Agenda serves as the city’s roadmap toward becoming a sustainable, inclusive, and culturally vibrant city that promotes knowledge sharing and participatory governance, while ensuring transparency and efficiency.

To continue progressing in this direction, local partners in Pamplona will mark World Cities Day on 31 October. During this event, they will focus on one of the key challenges of the Urban Agenda: the energy transition. Participants will explore European initiatives like oPEN Lab, its initial results in Pamplona, and how citywide efforts are already making a visible impact in their neighbourhoods.
