The International Investor Connect Forum on Innovative solutions for scaling up energy efficiency in buildings will take place in Chisinau on 3-4 October 2024, it is a high-level event dedicated to advancing energy efficiency in the built environment.
The forum aims to bring together industry leaders, policymakers, researchers, and practitioners from Moldova and the EU to explore and promote the policies, technologies, funding opportunities, and best practices that drive sustainable and energy-efficient building solutions.
oPEN Lab partner BPIE – Buildings Performance Institute Europe (Victoria Taranu) will be presenting oPEN Lab project at the International Investor Connect Forum. oPEN Living Lab Tartu will be presented as an example of renovating soviet-era apartment buildings that has an ambition to reach positive energy neighborhood. Victoria Taranu will also introduce policy innovations to scale-up renovation, as well as financing mechanisms to engage vulnerable households.
