Hornapan bakery-cafe in Rochapea – Friends of Living Lab Pamplona

Yolanda De Miguel Pérez, manager of the Hornapan bakery-cafe in Rochapea, has given us continuous support in the process of building an active community involved in the oPEN Lab project.

Specifically, she has supported us in our street-based dissemination activities, offering drinks to the participants. She has distributed information about oPEN Lab events through her bakery-cafe and within her local community. She also prepared a delicious snack for the small community we are building in Rochapea, and thanks to her support, the community is growing every day. Her collaboration has even extended to opening her bakery-cafe outside working hours to allow us to hold working meetings, accompanied by coffee and cake.
