When it comes to renovating large apartment buildings, Ljubov has much experience. As a member of the board of the Anne 55 apartment association in Annelinn, she led its successful renovation, transforming a typical Soviet-era nine-storey panel building into a contemporary residence with all modern comforts. She took the time to devote herself fully to the project and brought the community together, addressing homeowners’ concerns and doubts. Ljubov emphasizes the importance of clear and open communication, which is the basis for building trust and successfully carrying out the entire renovation process.
She is convinced that experience alone is not enough. The foundation of development is theoretical knowledge; therefore, she has continued to deepen her expertise through training. To date, she has become a certified a property manager, housing association manager, and a technical consultant.
Ljubov is willing to share her experience and knowledge with other apartment associations and offer them her services.
She also contributes regularly to the Tartu Living Lab project team, sharing her experience in resident engagement and outreach to apartment associations. Recently, she took part in a panel discussion at a renovation information day organized by the oPEN Lab project, where she shared her experience with launching the renovation process.
Her dedication and consistent work set an excellent example for other apartment associations and offer encouragement and practical knowledge to those who are only at the beginning of their renovation process. She is truly a heroic renovation leader!
