Pamplona City Council, represented by Leire IRIARTE, will present the oPEN Lab project at the 26th Congress of CIDEU (Ibero-American Centre for Strategic Urban Development) in Zaragoza from July 3-5, 2024. The congress, themed “Sustainable Urban Innovation – The Energy of the Cities,” will feature 96 participants from 12 countries, including Spain, Portugal, and 10 Latin American nations, with 38 cities represented.
On July 4, during the session “Technologies for an Innovative City,” IRIARTE will introduce oPEN Lab and discuss the activities and progress of the Living Lab in Pamplona. This presentation will highlight Pamplona’s efforts in sustainable urban development and innovative city technologies. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the challenges and successes of the oPEN Lab project, gaining insights into best practices for urban innovation. The session will provide a platform for discussing how emerging technologies can be harnessed to create more resilient and energy-efficient cities.
